Our automatic stamping presses range from 20 ton to 200 ton capacity. We specialize in precision stamping, spring and shim washers. Since we austemper, de-burr, heat set, and phosphate in-house, we can assure unsurpassed quality and delivery.

Our tooling is CAD designed, and wire EDM cut for reduced tooling time, reduced product variation, and more reliable tooling repair. Our compound and progressive dies use sensors to prevent tooling failures, insure part quality, and monitor the stamping process. We have the ability to do in-die secondary operations and assemblies in a sensor controlled operation.
