Assemblies

We welcome the challenge of designing, building, and manufacturing assemblies featuring our stampings, flat springs, and springs. We can design, tool, and manufacture simple small volume assemblies and complex high volume assemblies. We can weld, heat set, stake, sort, package, assemble and test.

At ASPC, we use the best equipment available. At the right is a specially designed machine that assembles, adjusts, and tests the parts. Another example of our use of advanced technology is the vision machine, below, an automated utilization of sensors to provide a high level of sorting confidence.
